Rewards Schedule

Version 3.4 | Last updated: 27 July 2026

TruShare Pty Ltd (ABN 31 694 869 059)

1. About this Schedule

1.1 Relationship with the Terms This Rewards Schedule (the “Schedule”) forms part of the TruShare Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) and must be read together with the Terms and the TruShare Privacy Policy. Capitalised terms used but not defined in this Schedule have the meanings given in the Terms.

1.2 Purpose of this Schedule This Schedule sets out the promotional campaigns, eligibility requirements, draw mechanics, Rewards, winner verification, notification, publication, payment and other procedures that apply to Reward Draws conducted by TruShare.

1.3 Relationship Between the Terms and this Schedule If there is any inconsistency between this Schedule and the Terms in relation to the specific mechanics of a Reward Draw, this Schedule prevails to the extent of that inconsistency. In all other respects the Terms prevail to the extent of that inconsistency and subject to applicable law.

1.4 Defined Terms Cohort Draw and Loyalty Draw have the meanings given in the Terms. A Cohort Draw is a Reward Draw relating to a particular Thoroughbred in which one eligible Member following that Thoroughbred is selected (clause 6). A Loyalty Draw is any Reward Draw that is not a Cohort Draw, including a platform-wide draw (clause 9).

2. The promoter

The promoter of all Reward Draws is TruShare Pty Ltd (ABN 31 694 869 059), PO Box 1999, Kingscliff NSW 2487. Website: www.trushare.com.au. Email: racing@trushare.com.au.

3. General principles

3.1 Purpose of Reward Draws Reward Draws are a promotional feature ancillary to TruShare Membership. They are conducted to promote Membership and engagement with the Platform. They are not the primary purpose of, or consideration for, Membership.

3.2 Nature of Rewards All Rewards are funded by TruShare from its own corporate funds and general operating revenue. Rewards are promotional in nature and awarded by chance. They are not funded from any pool of Member contributions, are not a share of, claim on, or distribution of any Thoroughbred’s prize money, racing income or winnings, and are not linked to any wager. Where the value of a Reward is determined having regard to a race outcome, that outcome is used solely as an objective benchmark for determining the promotional value of the Reward and does not confer on any Member any ownership, proprietary, equitable or beneficial interest in any Thoroughbred, its prize money or any racing income.

3.3 Entry Entry into each Reward Draw is automatic and free for eligible Members. No separate fee is payable to enter or win a Reward Draw. Joining fees and membership fees are consideration solely for Membership and the benefits it provides and are not consideration for entry into any Reward Draw.

3.4 Equal Chance of Selection Every eligible Member entered in a Reward Draw has an equal chance of being selected. No tier, fee, payment or other factor increases the number of entries or improves a Member’s chance of being selected. In a Cohort Draw (clause 6), every eligible Member following the relevant Thoroughbred is entered and has an equal chance, and tier has no effect. Eligibility to enter a Loyalty Draw, including a platform-wide draw (clause 9), may be limited to Members of one or more specified loyalty tiers as a loyalty benefit; within any such draw, all entered Members have an equal chance.

3.5 No Ownership Rights A Reward does not confer any ownership, proprietary, equitable or beneficial interest in any Thoroughbred, its prize money, racing income, the Platform or TruShare. Being selected in one Reward Draw creates no continuing entitlement, expectation or right to receive any future Reward.

4. Eligibility

4.1 Eligibility Requirements To be eligible to enter a Reward Draw, a person must, at the time the relevant draw is conducted:

  • hold an active Membership that is paid and not Greyed;
  • be aged 18 years or over; and
  • be a resident of Australia.

4.2 ACT Residents Residents of the Australian Capital Territory are not eligible to be entered into, or to win, any Reward Draw.

4.3 Ineligible Persons Employees of TruShare, its related bodies corporate, agencies involved in conducting a Reward Draw, and each of their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

4.4 Time of Eligibility Eligibility is assessed to the moment the relevant draw is conducted. A Member who is Greyed at that moment is not entered into that draw, even if the account is later brought up to date.

4.5 Number of Entries Each eligible Member receives one (1) entry in each draw for which they qualify.

4.6 Multiple Memberships A person may hold only one Membership in a particular Thoroughbred (see clause 6.10 of the Terms). Where identity verification at claim, or any other reasonable check, shows that a person holds or controls more than one Membership in the relevant Thoroughbred, TruShare may invalidate any additional entries associated with those Memberships, withhold or recover any Reward awarded in connection with those entries where permitted by law, and conduct a redraw in accordance with clause 8.3.

5. Types of Reward Draw

5.1 Cohort Reward Draws The Cohort Rewards Promotion comprises Reward Draws conducted in relation to a particular Thoroughbred, in which eligible Members following that Thoroughbred are automatically entered for the opportunity to win a promotional Reward. The value of the Reward may vary depending on the outcome of eligible races during the relevant Draw Period (see clause 6).

5.2 Loyalty Reward Draws The Loyalty Rewards Promotion comprises Reward Draws conducted across the Platform to promote Membership and engagement. These may include platform-wide draws, guest Thoroughbred promotions, race tickets, hospitality and experiences, merchandise, and similar promotional Rewards (see clause 9).

6. Reward Draws

6.1 Draw Schedule A Reward Draw is conducted on a fixed, recurring schedule (each a “Draw”), at the day, time and time zone specified in clause 7.

6.2 Draw Period Each Draw relates to a defined entry period (the “Draw Period”), being the period as specified in Annexure A:

  1. commencing the day after the scheduled date for the previous Draw; and
  2. ending at the scheduled time of the current Draw, as specified in the Annexure.

The end of each Draw Period constitutes the closing time for that Draw.

6.3 Separate Draw Periods Each Draw Period is separate and non-overlapping, and the precise dates and times of each Draw Period are set out in Annexure A.

6.4 Winner Selection For each Draw, one (1) eligible Member who is following the relevant Thoroughbred is selected at random to receive the Reward.

6.5 Reward Value The Reward for each Draw is a single promotional Reward funded by TruShare from its own corporate funds and general operating revenue. The Reward must be at least AUD $250 and must not exceed AUD $750,000. In determining the promotional value of the Reward for a Draw, TruShare applies the following methodology:

  • where the relevant Thoroughbred earns official prize money for its finishing position in an eligible race during the relevant Draw Period, the promotional value of the Reward is benchmarked to an amount equivalent to up to 70% of that prize money, and where the Thoroughbred earns prize money in more than one eligible race during the Draw Period, to the highest such amount;
  • where the relevant Thoroughbred does not earn official prize money in an eligible race during the relevant Draw Period, or does not race, the Reward is the minimum amount of AUD $250;
  • any race outcome is used solely as an objective benchmark in determining the promotional value of the Reward and does not confer any ownership, proprietary, equitable or beneficial interest in any Thoroughbred, its prize money or racing income;
  • the promotional value of the Reward may also reflect the promotional objectives of the Platform for the relevant Draw;
  • the methodology described in this clause is applied consistently to all Cohort Reward Draws conducted during the relevant promotional campaign; and
  • the Reward determined for a Draw will not be less than AUD $250 nor more than AUD $750,000.

6.6 Maximum Reward The Reward for a Draw must not exceed AUD $750,000. Because the value of each Reward is determined progressively during the promotional period in accordance with the methodology set out in clause 6.5, the aggregate value of all Rewards available under the Cohort Rewards Promotion cannot be predetermined at the commencement of the promotional period. Each individual Reward will be determined in accordance with clause 6.5 and will not exceed the maximum Reward specified in clause 6.6(a).

6.7 Nature of the Reward The Reward is funded by TruShare from its own corporate funds and general operating revenue. A Reward is personal to the winner and is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash or any other product, service or benefit, except to the extent required by law.

6.8 Indicative Reward Values During a Draw Period, TruShare may publish indicative Reward values determined in accordance with the methodology described in clause 6.5. Any indicative Reward value is published for promotional purposes only and does not constitute notification of the winner or the final Reward value awarded for that Draw.

6.9 Eligible Race For the purposes of this Schedule, an “eligible race” is an official race conducted by a recognised racing authority in which the Thoroughbred is an official starter.

6.10 Unavailable Thoroughbreds Where the relevant Thoroughbred becomes unavailable during a Draw Period (including because it is spelled, injured, retired, sold or dies), the Reward for that Draw Period will be the minimum Reward referred to in clause 6.5 (AUD $250), or such higher promotional Reward as TruShare may determine, subject to clause 6.6. Where a stand-in horse (which may be referred to as a ghost horse or guest horse) participates on the cohort’s behalf during such a period, any Reward above the minimum is offered on separately announced terms published in advance in accordance with clause 9.6. From the commencement of the next Draw Period, the Member will participate in Reward Draws relating to the Thoroughbred they then follow in accordance with the Terms and this Schedule.

7. Draw Conduct and Timing

7.1 Draw Timing Draws are conducted once every fortnight at 1:00 pm Sydney time (AEST or AEDT, as applicable), ordinarily on a Friday at Kingscliff, New South Wales, as set out in the Annexure. Where a scheduled Friday falls on a national public holiday, the Draw will be conducted on the day before or after that Friday, as specified in the Annexure. Unless otherwise notified, each Draw will be conducted on the day, at the time, in the time zone and at the location specified in Annexure A.

7.2 Method of Draw Each Draw is conducted by a method of random selection that gives every valid entry an equal chance of being selected. The Draws together form part of a single, ongoing trade promotion conducted under the applicable permits or licences for the relevant promotional period. The method of entry, method of draw and winner selection methodology are consistent across each Draw. The promotional value of the Reward may vary between Draws in accordance with the methodology set out in clause 6.5.

7.3 Draw Location Each Draw is conducted at the location specified in Annexure A, unless otherwise notified.

7.4 Scrutineer Where required by applicable law, including in New South Wales and South Australia, an independent or qualified scrutineer (as applicable) will supervise the conduct of each Draw. Records confirming the conduct of each Draw will be retained and made available to an authorised officer on request.

8. Notification, Claim, Verification, and Payment

8.1 Winner Notification Each winner is notified in writing by email and, where a mobile number was provided, SMS, using the contact details held for their Membership, within 48 hours of the relevant Draw.

8.2 Claim Requirements To claim a Reward, the winner must, within seven (7) days of being notified in writing:

  • confirm acceptance of the Reward;
  • provide valid Australian government issued photo identification confirming name, age, and Australian residency (excluding ACT); and
  • provide nominated Australian bank account details for payment.

A winner is not required to incur any cost (other than a trivial cost) to accept a Reward.

8.3 Redraw If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond, fails to claim the Reward within seven (7) days of notification (or such longer period as required by applicable law or the relevant permit), is found to be ineligible, or otherwise forfeits the Reward, TruShare may conduct a redraw from the same pool of eligible entries. Any redraw will be conducted:

  1. by the same method of random selection used for the original Draw;
  2. at the date, time and location specified in the applicable permit or, where no permit prescribes those details, no earlier than the day after the applicable claim period expires and no later than seven (7) days after that expiry (or such other period required by applicable law); and
  3. in accordance with all applicable laws, permits, licence conditions and any written direction of the relevant regulator.

Any winner selected in a redraw will be notified and published in the same manner as an original winner, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

8.4 Payment Rewards are paid by electronic funds transfer to the winner’s nominated Australian bank account within seven (7) business days of a valid and verified claim.

8.5 Winner Unable to Claim If a winner dies before payment of a Reward, or is otherwise unable to claim a Reward, TruShare may pay the Reward to the winner’s legal personal representative upon production of satisfactory evidence or conduct a redraw in accordance with clause 8.3, acting reasonably and in accordance with applicable law.

8.6 Unclaimed Prize Draw (South Australia) For any Reward Draw open to residents of South Australia, where a Reward remains unclaimed after the claim period and any redraw under clause 8.3, TruShare will conduct an unclaimed prize draw in the manner, and within the period, required by the applicable South Australian permit, and will publish the result of that draw as required by that permit.

9. Loyalty Reward Draws

9.1 Loyalty Reward Draws In addition to the Cohort Reward Draws described in clause 6, TruShare may conduct Loyalty Reward Draws across the Platform. Loyalty Reward Draws form part of a single ongoing trade promotion and may be open either to all eligible Members or only to Members within one or more specified loyalty tiers, as specified for the relevant promotion. Each Loyalty Rewards Promotion may comprise one or more Loyalty Reward Draws conducted on the dates and at the times published for that promotion.

9.2 Purpose Loyalty Reward Draws are a promotional feature ancillary to Membership, conducted to promote Membership and engagement with the Platform. They are not the primary purpose of, or consideration for, Membership.

9.3 Method of Entry The method of entry is consistent across each Loyalty Reward Draw. Eligible Members are automatically entered by holding an active Membership that is paid and not Greyed at the time the draw is conducted; where a draw is offered as a loyalty benefit, entry is limited to Members of the specified loyalty tier(s) at that time. No purchase or payment is required to enter or win beyond Membership. The eligibility rules in clause 4 apply.

9.4 Method of Draw Each Draw is conducted by the same method of random selection, giving every valid entry an equal chance. One or more winners may be selected per Draw, as stated for that Draw.

9.5 Reward Structure Rewards may include race tickets, hospitality, experiences, merchandise and similar promotional benefits. Each Reward is funded by TruShare from its own corporate funds and general operating revenue and awarded by chance. The value of an individual Reward must not exceed AUD $50,000. A Reward is not a share of, claim on or distribution of any Thoroughbred’s prize money, racing income or Member fees and does not confer any ownership, proprietary, equitable or beneficial interest or any ongoing entitlement.

9.6 Promotion Terms The dates, promotional period, entry period, draw date, draw time, draw location, eligibility requirements, Rewards and any other particulars applicable to a Loyalty Reward Draw will be published on the Platform before that Loyalty Reward Draw opens for entry. Each Loyalty Reward Draw will be conducted in accordance with the published particulars for that promotion together with these Terms and this Schedule. Details of current Loyalty Rewards Promotions are set out in Annexure B.

9.7 Non-cash Rewards Rewards are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash, unless TruShare determines otherwise or where required by law. Where a Reward becomes unavailable or cannot be provided, TruShare may, subject to any regulator direction, substitute a Reward of equal or greater value. Rewards are subject to the terms, conditions, and availability of any third-party provider, for example an event or venue operator.

9.8 Application The general principles in clause 3, the eligibility rules in clause 4, and the notification, claim, verification, publication, permit and record-keeping provisions in clauses 8, 10, 11 and 12 apply to all Loyalty Reward Draws unless the context otherwise requires.

10. Publication of Results

10.1 Publication of Results The results of each Draw will be published on www.trushare.com.au within seven (7) days after the relevant Draw and will remain available for at least twenty-eight (28) days. Where required by applicable law or a permit, TruShare will publish winner details in the manner required by that law or permit.

10.2 Winner Details Where required by applicable law, a permit or a regulatory authority, TruShare will publish the winner’s surname, first name initial and postcode within the period required by the relevant law or permit (including, where applicable, within 30 days of the Draw), unless the winner has validly requested, where permitted by the relevant law or permit, that those details not be published. By accepting a Reward, the winner consents to the publication of this information to the extent required or permitted by applicable law.

10.3 Winner Marketing Consent By accepting a Reward, the winner consents to TruShare using their first name, suburb, city or region, the value of the Reward, and any photograph, video or statement voluntarily provided by the winner in TruShare’s marketing and promotional materials, including across its websites, social media channels and other platforms, without further consent or payment. A winner may request that TruShare cease using their image in future marketing by contacting TruShare, and TruShare will comply with that request on a reasonable prospective basis. This clause is in addition to any publication required under clause 10.2.

11. Permits and Regulatory Requirements

11.1 Applicable Laws and Permits Reward Draws are conducted in accordance with applicable Commonwealth, State and Territory laws and any permits, licences or authorities required for their conduct.

11.2 Permit Numbers and Regulatory Requirements Permit and authority numbers, where required, are: TP/05214 (NSW), valid 8 July 2026 to 7 July 2031; [SA PERMIT NUMBER], valid [SA PERMIT DATES] (SA); and any others required from time to time. Where a permit requires specific dates, times, locations or procedures for an unclaimed prize draw or redraw, those requirements form part of this Schedule and apply in addition to these general provisions.

11.3 Participating Jurisdictions Reward Draws are open to residents of all Australian States and the Northern Territory, including South Australia. Reward Draws are not open to residents of the Australian Capital Territory.

11.4 Northern Territory Recognition For the purposes of Northern Territory law, we are relying on the interstate recognition contained in the Gaming Control (Community Gaming) Regulations 2006 (NT).

11.5 Draw Platform TruShare currently uses www.randomdraws.com.au to conduct Draws.

12. Records and Privacy

12.1 Record Retention TruShare will retain records relating to entries, Draws, winners, verification and payment of Rewards for at least seven (7) years, or such longer period as required by applicable law.

12.2 Collection and Use of Personal Information TruShare collects, uses and discloses personal information to administer these Terms and this Schedule and to conduct Reward Draws, including to verify eligibility, conduct Draws and notify and pay winners, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Personal information may be disclosed to third-party service providers, to State or Territory regulators on lawful request, and to our professional advisers.

13. General

13.1 Interrupted or Affected Draws If a Draw cannot proceed as planned because of circumstances beyond TruShare’s reasonable control (including a system failure, technical malfunction or force majeure event), TruShare may, subject to any written direction of a relevant regulator, cancel, suspend, postpone or modify the Draw, invalidate affected entries, or substitute a Reward of equal or greater value where a Reward cannot reasonably be awarded.

13.2 Decisions TruShare’s decisions in relation to the administration of a Reward Draw will be made reasonably and in accordance with these Terms, this Schedule and applicable law, subject to any direction of a relevant regulator.

13.3 Consumer Law Nothing in this Schedule limits, excludes, or modifies any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13.4 Amendments TruShare may amend this Schedule in accordance with the Terms and, where required, subject to any necessary regulatory approval. The current version of this Schedule will be published on the Platform.

13.5 Governing Law This Schedule is governed by the laws of New South Wales, and each Member submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.

13.6 Regulatory Approval Where required by applicable law, TruShare will not cancel, withdraw or materially amend a Reward Draw without any approval required from the relevant regulator.

13.7 Verification and Disqualification TruShare may verify the validity of entries and the eligibility of Members (including identity, age and residency) and may disqualify any entry or Member where it reasonably believes these Terms or this Schedule have been breached or where the conduct of a Draw has been interfered with.

13.8 Disputes TruShare will investigate any complaint or dispute relating to a Reward Draw and respond within a reasonable period, having regard to these Terms, this Schedule and applicable law. Nothing in this clause limits a Member’s rights under applicable law or prevents either party from seeking urgent interlocutory or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

13.9 Regulatory Cooperation We will provide reasonable assistance and access to records to regulators in connection with any investigation, complaint or dispute relating to a Reward Draw.

13.10 Limitation of Liability Except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, TruShare is not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in a Reward Draw or the acceptance or use of a Reward.

13.11 Division of Rewards A Reward is personal to the winner and must not be divided into separate components unless TruShare agrees otherwise.

13.12 Tax TruShare is not responsible for any tax implications arising from a Reward. Members should seek independent advice.

13.13 Interpretation Unless otherwise defined in this Schedule, capitalised terms have the meanings given to them in the Terms. If there is any inconsistency between this Schedule and the Terms, the Terms prevail to the extent of the inconsistency, except to the extent this Schedule expressly provides otherwise.

Annexure A – Cohort Rewards Promotion – Draw Schedules

This Annexure sets out the prescribed Draw Periods and the date, time, time zone and location of each Draw for the promotional period commencing on 1 August 2026 and ending on 30 July 2027.

* Where the ordinary Friday Draw falls on a national public holiday, the Draw is conducted on the nearest business day, as specified in clause 7.1. During this promotional period, this applies to New Year’s Day (Friday, 1 January 2027) and Good Friday (Friday, 26 March 2027).

For the avoidance of doubt, each Draw Period closes immediately before the corresponding Draw is conducted. TruShare may update this Annexure from time to time in accordance with clause 13.4 of this Schedule. Any updated Annexure will apply to future Draws only and will be published on the Platform.

Annexure B – Loyalty Rewards Promotion Schedules

This Annexure sets out the Loyalty Rewards Promotions and the applicable promotional period, draw period, draw date, draw time, draw location and Reward for each Loyalty Rewards Promotion conducted during the promotional period.

Additional Loyalty Rewards Promotions may be added from time to time. Before any additional Loyalty Rewards Promotion commences, TruShare will publish the promotional period, entry period, draw date, draw time, draw location, eligibility requirements, Reward details and any promotion-specific conditions on the Platform.

Unless otherwise specified for a particular promotion or required by applicable law or permit, any redraw in respect of an unclaimed Reward will be conducted in accordance with clause 8.3 of this Schedule.
