2027 Karaka Millions Tour Prize

1.1 The Prize is won the same way as all TruShare rewards. It is offered as a single platform-wide Reward Draw conducted under the TruShare Rewards Schedule and the NSW trade promotion authority (TP/05214). The draw is held on Friday 23 October 2026 (the Draw for the 10–23 October 2026 draw period under the Rewards Schedule Annexure). For that fortnight, this platform-wide draw replaces the usual fortnightly Reward Draws, and one eligible Member is selected at random to win the Prize.

1.2 Entry is free and comes with membership. All eligible Members are automatically entered; no separate entry or payment is required.

1.3 This is an exclusive draw offered to Gold-status Members as a loyalty reward. To be eligible you must, at the time of the draw, hold an active TruShare Membership that is paid and not Greyed, hold Gold loyalty status, be aged 18 years or over, and be a resident of Australia. Residents of the Australian Capital Territory are not eligible, and any other State or Territory exclusions set out in the Rewards Schedule apply.

1.4 Gold status is earned or awarded as a loyalty benefit and cannot be purchased. Among the eligible Gold-status Members entered in this draw, every entry has an equal chance of being selected.

1.5 The draw, notification, verification, claim and publication of the winner are conducted in accordance with the TruShare Rewards Schedule.

2.1 The Prize is one (1) prize for two (2) people travelling together on the 2027 Karaka Millions Tour operated by ART, departing 20 January 2027 and concluding 25 January 2027 (6 days, 5 nights), based in Auckland, New Zealand.

2.2 The two travellers share one room (twin or double share). The Prize is based on twin-share and does not include single-room accommodation or any single supplement.

2.3 Total approximate Prize value: AUD $10,000, comprising the ART land package (valued at AUD $8,990 twin-share for two people) and two economy-class return flights (funded by TruShare). The flight value varies with the winner’s departure city; the total value is indicative only.

The Prize includes the advertised ART land package, being:

• 5 nights’ accommodation at the 5-star Horizon by SkyCity Hotel, Auckland (one room, twin or double share, for the two travellers)
• Full daily breakfast
• Welcome dinner and drinks
• Waiheke Island tour and lunch
• Visit to the NZB Yearling Sales at Karaka, including inspections alongside leading trainers
• Premium hospitality at Ellerslie Racecourse for Karaka Millions Race Day, including premium lunch and beverages
• Farewell dinner
• Transfers throughout the tour itinerary
• An experienced tour host

In addition, and funded by TruShare:

• Two (2) economy-class return flights from the winner’s nearest Australian capital city to Auckland.

The following are not included and are the responsibility of the winner and their companion:

• Travel to and from the winner’s nearest Australian capital city departure airport
• Travel insurance for both travellers, at their own cost (a condition of the Prize — see clause 7.4)
• Passports, and any visa, NZeTA or electronic travel authority, and any levies (including New Zealand’s International Visitor Conservation and Tourism Levy) required for entry to New Zealand
• Meals, food and beverages not expressly listed in the itinerary
• Drinks and items of a personal nature (for example minibar, laundry, telephone, souvenirs, gratuities and tips)
• Optional activities and any excursion or activity not listed in the itinerary
• Airline baggage beyond the standard economy allowance, seat selection, and any upgrade
• Any costs arising from arriving early, staying on, or extending the trip beyond the tour dates
• Any item, service or cost not expressly listed as included in these Promotion Terms or the ART itinerary

5.1 Both travellers must hold a valid passport that meets New Zealand entry and airline requirements for the full travel period. We recommend passport validity of at least six months beyond 25 January 2027.

5.2 Both travellers are responsible for obtaining, at their own cost, any visa, NZeTA or electronic travel authority, levy, or other clearance required for their entry to New Zealand based on their own nationality and residency, and for meeting all New Zealand entry, customs, biosecurity and health requirements.

5.3 We and ART are not responsible if a traveller is refused entry to, or exit from, any country, or is unable to travel because they do not hold the required passport, documentation or clearances. This will not entitle the winner to any refund, alternative or cash payment.

6.1 The winner nominates one companion to travel with them. Both the winner and the companion must be aged 18 years or over at the time of travel.

6.2 The winner must travel as one of the two travellers. The Prize cannot be taken by the companion alone, and the winner cannot transfer the whole Prize to another person.

6.3 The winner is responsible for their companion, including the companion’s conduct, documentation, and compliance with these Promotion Terms and with ART’s booking terms.

6.4 Changing your companion. The winner may change their nominated companion up to the date ART requires final traveller details. After that date, or once bookings are confirmed, a change may not be possible, and any airline or supplier name-change or amendment fee is the winner’s responsibility. Any replacement companion must meet all requirements in these Promotion Terms.

7.1 On being notified, the winner must claim and verify the Prize in accordance with the Rewards Schedule, and must then:

• provide all requested traveller information for both travellers by 4 November 2026;
• complete all ART booking documentation and waivers;
• hold a valid passport and meet all visa and entry requirements (clause 5); and
• comply with ART’s standard Booking Terms & Conditions.

7.2 Where ART manages the booking directly, ART (or an authorised representative such as TruShare) will contact the winner approximately six (6) months before travel with welcome information, approximately three (3) months before travel with booking reminders and required documentation, and approximately two (2) weeks before travel with final travel information.

7.3 Failure to meet these requirements, or to provide the required information by the dates requested, may result in forfeiture of the Prize. Where the Prize is forfeited, we may conduct a redraw in accordance with the Rewards Schedule.

7.4 Travel insurance is required. Both travellers must obtain, at their own cost, comprehensive travel insurance covering at least overseas medical expenses, repatriation, and trip cancellation for the full travel period, and must provide evidence of that insurance to ART on request before travel. A traveller who does not hold the required insurance may be prevented from travelling, and the Prize may be forfeited.

8.1 The tour operates on fixed dates (20–25 January 2027). There are no alternative dates. The winner and companion must be available to travel on these dates.

8.2 If the winner is unable to travel on the tour dates for any reason, the Prize is forfeited. The Prize is not transferable to a later tour, is not exchangeable, and is not redeemable for cash.

9.1 The travel and tour services are provided by ART and are subject to ART’s standard Booking Terms & Conditions, which the winner must accept. The booking is managed by ART (or by TruShare as its authorised representative).

9.2 ART may make operational changes to hotels, transport or the itinerary where required. Where a component of the tour becomes unavailable, a substitute of equal or greater value may be provided.

9.3 Flights funded by TruShare are economy class and are booked at TruShare’s or ART’s discretion as to airline, routing and timing. The winner is responsible for any change, cancellation, or additional cost they request after flights are booked.

9.4 Events beyond our control. If the tour, the Karaka Millions race meeting, or the Prize cannot proceed as planned, in whole or in part, for reasons beyond our or ART’s reasonable control (including natural disaster, extreme weather, fire, flood, pandemic or epidemic, government or public health directions, border, travel or entry restrictions, strikes or industrial action, civil unrest, war or terrorism, venue or supplier closure or insolvency, or the cancellation, postponement or abandonment of the Karaka Millions race meeting or the tour), we and ART may, to the extent permitted by law and subject to any direction of a relevant regulator, cancel, suspend, postpone or modify the tour or the Prize, reschedule it, or substitute the Prize or any part of it with a reward of equal or greater value.

9.5 Where the Karaka Millions race meeting is cancelled, postponed or abandoned but the tour otherwise proceeds, the tour will continue and no refund, substitution or compensation is payable for the affected race-day component.

9.6 Where the Prize is modified, rescheduled or substituted under clause 9.4, that is the winner’s sole entitlement. The Prize remains non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash, and we are not responsible for any separate cost, booking or arrangement the winner or companion makes, which is why comprehensive travel insurance is required (clause 7.4).

9.7 Any cancellation, modification or substitution of the draw or the Prize is made in accordance with the TruShare Rewards Schedule and, where required, with the approval or direction of the relevant trade promotion regulator.

9.8 Conduct and removal. Each traveller must comply with the reasonable directions of ART, the tour host, and travel and venue operators, and with all applicable laws. ART or TruShare may refuse to allow a person to start or continue on the tour, or remove them from any part of it, where they behave unlawfully, dangerously, or unacceptably, are affected by alcohol or drugs to a degree that affects the tour or others, or fail to meet these Promotion Terms. Where a traveller is removed, or fails to appear for any flight or tour element, no refund, substitution, or compensation is payable, and any resulting costs, including return travel, are the traveller’s responsibility.

10.1 The Prize is not transferable, not exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash, in whole or in part.

10.2 Travellers are responsible for their own fitness to travel and for advising ART of any medical, mobility, or dietary needs in advance. Comprehensive travel insurance is a condition of the Prize (see clause 7.4).

10.3 Travel carries inherent risks. To the extent permitted by law, and except for any rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, TruShare and ART are not responsible for any loss, damage, delay, injury or cost arising from events outside their reasonable control, or from the winner’s or companion’s own acts, omissions or failure to meet these Promotion Terms.

10.4 The winner is responsible for any tax that may apply to the Prize. We recommend the winner seek independent advice.

10.5 By accepting the Prize, the winner consents to TruShare using their first name, city or region and any photograph or video they provide, in TruShare’s marketing, in accordance with the Rewards Schedule.

10.6 We may amend these Promotion Terms where reasonably necessary, including to correct an error or to comply with the law or a regulator’s direction. The current version applies to the Prize.

10.7 Publicity. The winner agrees to take part in reasonable publicity relating to the Prize and their win if we ask, and consents to us and ART publishing the fact of their win in accordance with the Rewards Schedule. The winner is not required to incur any cost to do so.

10.8 Privacy and your information. To arrange and deliver the Prize, we collect the winner’s and their companion’s personal information and disclose it to ART and to travel suppliers (including airlines and the New Zealand hotel), who may be located, or may disclose it, outside Australia, including in New Zealand. By accepting the Prize, the winner consents to this collection, use, and disclosure for the purpose of arranging and delivering the Prize, and confirms they have their companion’s consent to provide the companion’s information for that purpose. We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10.9 These Promotion Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, consistent with the TruShare Terms & Conditions. This does not limit any right a traveller has under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

11.1 These Promotion Terms are additional to the TruShare Terms & Conditions and the TruShare Rewards Schedule. If there is any inconsistency or clash between these Promotion Terms and the TruShare Terms & Conditions or Rewards Schedule, the TruShare Terms & Conditions and Rewards Schedule prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

11.2 The travel services are separately subject to ART’s Booking Terms & Conditions. These Promotion Terms govern the Prize; ART’s terms govern the operation of the travel.
